All I did was ask if they would still insure me if I started delivery driving and they said they would get back to me on that. Then when the policy was about to renew it was cancelled because they said I was delivery driving. Not much warning but a good way for my insurance to lapse. Great customer service Geico....wait no it wasn't.

Geico is by far the worst insurance company I've come across. I was denied a claim that had proof I was innocent. They are unethical and have proven to have no integrity. They care more about saving themselves money than they do about their policy holders. I will do all I can to warn anyone looking to get insured with Geico ~ Don't do it! Shame on Geico for taking advantage of peoples hard earned money! I will share this on every and any social media I come across. I ... will file a complaint with Arizona Department of Insurance and I will see them in court! More Less

Absolutely horrible!!! My boyfriend owns two cars, I drive one and he drives the other. His insurance Geico tried saying he did not have insurance when he bought the car that I drive when he obviously did as soon as he bought it since you have to have insurance to get a tag and I was 3 hours late to work because he had to get a tag, so they suspended his license. He bought it over a year ago. So he cancelled Geico immediately since they screwed him over.

I became disenchanted with my car insurance so I decided to shop around for a new one. I ended up going with Geico. It was the easiest thing I have ever done. I actually opened up my new policy without even havinng to talk to anyone. Bravo Geico!

I'm extremely irritated with Geicos customer service. Or, lack thereof. I've called on multiple occasions with questions to a claim I filed and have been given different answers every time. Initially I called to see about my premium. I was told it would stay the same. I happened to call again with another question and said "Just to be sure, my policy won't increase, right?" and lo and behold, they said yes! My policy did increase and I've called to dispute it but again, I'm getting different answers.

I have never, ever, in my life had an insurance company that was so helpful!! My husband got into a wreck a while back (with our infant son in the back seat) and Geico took care of everything for us. We were so distracted with our son in the hospital (only a few cuts and bruises from flying debris--thank GOD!) and they got that. They took our claim and got us the money we needed to get a replacement car. They cared about us and we can never thank them ... enough!!! More Less

I really can't say enough about Geico's car insurance! I've had so many car insurance companies let me down in the past. I've had them for almost a year. I had to have my car towed a month ago and they got right on it! I've waited hours and hours with other companies, but they got a tow truck out there in about 45 minutes! Best service I've ever had. No one can even compare to Geico's car insurance. I would know, I've had 4 different insurance companies.......

Geico has something called a dead battery claim, and it is the best thing I have ever come across. My husbands car battery died while he was running an errand. At the time my car was in the repair shop for maintenance and I couldn't go jump his battery. I contacted Geico and they got someone out there right away. Quick quick quick! My husband was able to finish running errands and it was nothing but a small blip out of his day. They were so efficient and professional. We ... are lucky to have them. More Less

I have mixed reviews about Geico's customer service. I've spoken with them numerous times before, and they are great. They really care about the customer and value their time. But, it takes forever to actually get through to someone. I've spent so much time just pushing buttons, trying to get through to an actual human being. If my issue could be solved by pushing a few buttons on the phone, I'd just do it online. They should make it easier for customers to get through to them and get service.

Geico is an amaaaaaaazing insurance company! I got into my first accident about a month ago, and they really came to my rescue. I called their main line from the scene of the accident, and they told me a tow truck was on its way! I didn't believe them, but they weren't lying! I had to miss that day of work, but that's all. They got a rental car ready to go for me and everything. They handled my claim so quickly. I'm so happy with Geico and wouldn't go ... anywhere else! More Less

Myself, my husband, and our three young children were traveling for a small vacation a few hours from home. My husband decided to drive in the wee hours, so we'd get there faster. We were hit on one side by another car, and it really messed up our tire. We were stranded on the side of the road, first thing in the morning, with our kids. We contacted Geico and they were able to get a tow truck out to us within half an hour. We didn't expect such great ... service, so we are very satisfied with Geico as our car insurance provider. I totally love the Geico app! I can do anything from it including making a payment, checking my payment history and even pulling up a copy of my insurance card. So cool.

I refuse to get car insurance from any other company. No one else deserves my money! After an accident, Geico got my car towed to a repair shop and reserved a rental car for me all within a few hours. I've never experienced such amazing and attentive service from any insurance provider. I haven't had to file any other claims, but I'm not worried if I have to. They've been so great to me and I will never switch as long as I live.

I ended up switching to Geico because my previous car insurance payment was insane. For only one car without any accidents, it was just way too much. I got a quote from Geico and switched soon after. Their payments have stayed reasonable, and their customer service is great. It took me a while to switch because my previous company didn't have their stuff together and made it a pain, but Geico helped me out and made it as painless as they possibly could've.

Geico is awesome when you get in an accident. Knock on wood that it never happens, but if it does, you'd want Geico on your side. They were able to get my car towed from the intersection within an hour. Geico also got me a rental car so I wouldn't have to miss anymore work or classes. They covered the fees for everything and made it so much easier. My car is almost ready to be driven again, and I'm happy I went with Geico. I'd recommend them for great, ... prompt service any day. I'm not very tech savy and find technology usually guarentees that I will have a bad experience. That being said , since switching to geico I have not had to even think about it. They send me an email when my payment is due. I pay my invoice right there and its done.

Could Geico make their insurance any easier? I've done everything online through their website and it's been so easy. I really love the app, too. I tend to lose things, especially small, square pieces of paper, but the app gives you access to your insurance ID cards and policy. I like knowing that it's all right there just in case. I also recently utilized their online scheduling tool. I filed a claim and a claims adjustor is coming tomorrow to assess my car. Awesome!

I love Geico! I've had them for 5 years and haven't had any issues. Honestly, I hadn't dealt with them so I really didn't have an opinion. But about a month ago I was traveling to my parents house, about three hours from my apartment. My car broke down half an hour from my parents home. Geico contacted a local towing service and they got to me in about 20 minutes. The Geico rep and the towing service were great. It was a bad situation that they both made a ... lot easier. I've had Geico for my auto insurance for the past two years, and so far it's been good. My boyfriend and I share the insurance, and since we're both still young, auto insurance is easily expensive. Geico offers a decent price compared to what we've been quoted in the past. Other than a good price, they offer comprehensive mobile app that we really like. We check our policy on there and there is a copy of our insurance cards. It's really convenient, and we plan on staying with Geico for ... a while. More Less

Geico isn't just a big name car insurance company. They actually have some value in what they're selling you. Their rates are okay.. I've seen lower, but not by much. Also, those were smaller companies that offered less coverage. I am taking off a star because I haven't filed a claim yet, but in all other aspects, I love Geico. Applying for a policy was the easiest thing you could do and everything was fast. I would recommend them.

You'd never think an insurance company would have great customer service (they're all money hungry dogs, right?). But Geico is different. I've never had an insurance company work so closely with me. I wanted them to explain my policy in full, so I fully knew what I was covered for. I ended up speaking with two different people, I'm assuming in different departments. But they were both so professional and had excellent customer service skills. This is the exact reason why I will stay with Geico. They care about their ... customers. More Less

I've had Geico for years, and have been really happy with them. I few months back, I got into a very slight car accident. Nothing major, just a small scratch. I filed a claim through Geico because the other person involved in the accident insisted we both go through our insurance companies, just in case. I spoke with a claims rep, who said there wouldn't be an increase whatsoever in my premium. But it did increase, significantly, and I haven't been able to call a claims rep yet to speak ... with them about it. Just don't tell me there won't be an increase when there will be. More Less

One of the things I love about Geico is that I can do pretty much everything online. I've had auto insurance companies in the past, where I've had to call and speak with a person in order to figure anything out. Geico offers everything you need online, and even better, on an app. I love having the app with me on my iphone, because I don't have to worry about having my insurance ID cards on me. They're always on my phone, which is awesome. I love Geico and how ... easy they are to use. More Less

Being able to do EVERYTHING online is AWSOME! No really, you can do EVERYTHING online! I've had Geico since I moved, probably around two to two and a half years, and I haven't spoken with any Geico employees or agents YET! It's awesome because I hate talking to people on the phone and online makes everything easier. I'm more of a 'click and go' kind of gal, as opposed to let's 'play phone tag'. Moral of the story, I love companies where you can do everything online!

I absolutely hate hate hate when you have to fight to get through to a live human being. When you call Geico's number, it is recording after recording AFTER RECORDING. It seems to go on forever. Maybe I'm impatient, but I really can't take it. Just give me a basic line that goes through to a receptionist or something and I'll be happy. The agents are nice enough if you can manage to toy around with the system for a while...

Geico manages to give you lower premiums AND excellent service. Generally, those things do not go hand in hand. But I'm happy to announce that somehow Geico manages to do both. I've gotten quotes from other companies that can not even compare to what I'm paying with Geico. Their coverage is the best, and their road side assistance program is the most helpful thing I've come across. They are a terrific company and I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

My family recently moved and got Geico for our new car insurance. Our previous insurance provider wasn't bad, they just did not cover our new state. Friends recommended Geico, and I can see why. We had trouble converting our insurance over to the new state we lived in, but Geico's customer service was fantastic. They helped us along the way to make sure everything was complete and that we were properly insured. They were so gracious and helpful, and we are satisfied customers.

I had to file a claim with Geico for my car, and it caused an increase in my monthly payments. I wouldn't be upset, but Geico didn't feel the need to inform me of this. I found out when I logged on to pay my bill and saw the increase. I am extremely disappointed that the Geico service representatives do not feel like they owe it to their long time customers enough to let them know their policy is increasing. I'm unhappy, and wish they had better customer service practices.

I had Progressive but it kept becoming more and more expensive to stay with them. So I took the time to do some shopping around . I found that the best provider for my needs was Geico. It was very easy to switch. I am very happy so far with my choice.

My wife and I have our autos covered by Geico, and so far so good. My wife has a habit of getting into accidents too often, eventhough she says they are never her fault. Geico hasn't let us down once!

I love the fact that I can call Geicos customer line and speak with someone who is actually qualified to answer my questions. I have yet to call and get someone who either A) doesn't know the answer, or B) can not successfully direct me to someone who does know the answer. They are all well trained in their jobs and with customer service (and it shows). I'm a big fan of Geicos customer line and have no complaints as of yet.

Gieco offers a great road side assistant program. I've had other insurance providers before, and when I've needed them the most, they've fallen flat. A car in front of me dropped some material out of it's half open trunk, and it caused damage to the front of my car. I believe it managed to hit two to three other cars as well. Anyway, Geico's road side assistant program was able to get my car when it wouldn't drive, and they helped me out a lot.

Geico offers amazing rates for really good auto coverage. I initially switched to them after feeling like I was paying to much with my other provider. Again, recently, I looked around for other quotes, just to make sure I was getting a good deal. I got quotes from various other popular auto insurance companies. The lowest I received was still about $50 more than what I'm paying now with Geico. I don't think I'll be changing anytime soon.

I feel lucky to have Geico as my auto insurance provider. They provide the best, most professional service that I have ever experienced. Their customers service is at the top. Every customer service representative I've ever spoken with, both through email and over the phone, have been great. I've never filed a claim with Geico, but am confident they will handle everything in a professional manner if that day does ever come.

I am only a recent Geico customer, after being persuaded by all of the mailing and television commercials. I didn't think much of them, and was pretty happy with my current auto insurance provider. One of my friends told me that she recently switched to Geico, and was saving a much of money for her families three vehicles. I only have my one car, but I decided to give it a shot. I unfortunately had to make a claim with Geico in the spring, and I was terrified my premiums would sky rocket, but they only went up marginally. Other companies were quoting double, even triple the amount that Geico allowed me to re-new with. When I received the renewal quote after the accident, I did not believe the amount they were quoting, it was far too low!!.. Maybe I lucked out because I was a first time offender with good-student discount, but I feel that Geico really helped me ... to save hundreds of dollars. More Less
