Since we have returned home, I've fought almost daily with SA and they could care less. They are bunch of a-holes and will fight tooth and nail to pay the bare minimums. I've since turned this over to a lawyer. His advice to me on SA, if it happens, run to the ambulance and call a lawyer, because SA is the cheapest and don't care who they hurt in the process. I'm at 3 months now and still no resolve. The headaches they have caused me I will never get back. I wish I knew back then what I know now. All I can do now is warn as many as possible.

Safe Auto is a good insurance provider. I accidentally forgot to renew my car insurance a few months ago, and I was able to just renew it without any issues. I've done this before with other insurance companies and was charged a fee to renew my policy. They didn't charge me a fee, and the customer service representatives were very nice and helpful in getting my policy started again. They don't charge unnecessary fees, which I really like.

I am a long time customer of Safe Auto (I mean, LONG TIME) and you'd think they'd have some sort of loyalty program. I recently had my first accident under them, and my monthly bill almost tripled! I get that my premium is going to increase after a claim, but triple?? It was my first accident, ever! After all of this time, you'd think they'd take it into consider that I've always paid on time and have never had an accident. But no. They obviously don't consider me at all.
Safe Auto is such a waste of time. Paying your bill becomes this hour long endeavor that only ends in stress and irritation. For some reason my payment will not process on the internet, so I've been calling the company to make a payment. I'll easily spend 10 minutes on the phone, just waiting for a representative. If you get Safe Auto car insurance, be sure to manually pay the monthly bills yourself and pay attention to when it's due. My insurance is actually due on the 9th of every month, but for some reason, I got a letter stating my bill was late because it was due on the 5th.
