What cant these guys do? Every experience and interaction that I have had with them has been top notch and very easy to get through. I love my Travellers insurance!
Every year Travelers has increased my rate. So you would think that I could get some kind of notice that would explain this increase. Nope! And when I called to inquire about this matter I had to deal with being passed on to someone else who knew less than the previous person. I am no longer with Travelers.

So , i carried Travelers for a few years. I made 2 claims in that time and they were taken care of to my satisfaction. On the whole i would say the relationship was great. I would recommend these guys.
Avoid Travelers at all cost. The customer service was terrible. I never felt they had my best interest , or any interest at all, except for theirs. So lacking in every aspect of professionalism.
I have been with Traveler's for just under a year and haven't had any problems yet. They gave me great rates and huge savings when I bundled my home and auto premiums together.
My policy has four cars and four drivers, 2 of them under the age of 21. When I got my renewal this year, they had all four cars at the same yearly cost. When I called, they said there was a hit and run accident on one of our records, so apparently my rates are going up because of this. My sons rates should increase, but not all four of ours.
I had an accident and the claims lady was the rudest person I have ever talked to. I was hit by a semi truck and my car was totaled. Even the police report said it was the other guys fault. But the claims lady called me back 5 weeks later to tell me they were not covering the damage.
