Horrible phone wait times, was disconnected twice while holding. Was not able to reach a person concerning my car loan after several attempts.

I am more than frustrated with Regions bank. I started banking them a few years ago, without issue. Then recently I applied to refinance my car loan. I was approved, so no issue there. But I did have to contact their customer service line a few times with questions in regard to my refinanced loan, and they were just awful. They did not care about my account or anything like that. Not professional. Not polite. Will not do anymore business with them.

The customer service here is definitely lacking. I have contacted them numerous times and asked them to change my payment due date, and they have yet to do it. I need to get my due date to correspond with the day I get a paycheck, to ensure I have the money to pay it. For whatever reason, this is a crazy request. They keep informing me itll be done, but hasn't been done yet.

I have had Regions Bank as my personal bank for many years and haven't had a problem with them yet. I went to apply for a car loan with them and was declined. I have never had any issues with overdue balances or a lack of money in my account before, so I was really confused. They told me that they were more focused on the banking aspect and not as much on the lending aspect. Why do you offer loans, then??

I once waited on hold with customer service for over two hours. I called previous times and was put on hold, but couldn't wait. This particular time I had the time to wait, and after two hours, I was put on with someone who was less than great to speak with. I can't believe anyone would wait this long just to be treated like this. I have my car loan through them so I have to deal with this for a while longer. Unfortunately.

I'm honestly a bit frustrated with Regions because they failed to notify me that my application was denied. I assumed I'd get an email telling me my status, or at least mentioning that my application was being processed. In the modern century, isn't it a normal practice to notify people by email? I didn't get one, and called customer service. They said they don't notify anyone by email and that I'd get a letter within ten business days. How inconvenient..

Refinancing my car loan with Regions Bank Auto Loans was a fairly painless process. I spoke with various employees who helped me through the application. In the end, I was able to get a lower interest rate. Now I'm paying less monthly, which was the initial goal. They seem to be a decent institution for loans and loan refinancing. I do not bank with them, so I cannot speak on that aspect.

I was honestly sick and tired of dealing with banks that offered horrible customer service, so on the advice of a friend, I switched everything over to Regions Bank. After about a year, I decided to get a new car and got an auto loan through them. They have been so great so far! I haven't had any issues in terms of customer service, billing, etc., and my interest rate is more than reasonable. Love them!

I have one car loan through Regions Bank Auto Loans and haven't been happier with a lender! They gave me a really low interest rate on the loan, which makes it super affordable to me. Also, their customer service is fantastic! I have never been put on hold for long periods of time and I've been able to speak with the most professional people who work there. Now we are looking to get a second car and will most likely go through Regions.

I am very satisfied with how Regions Bank Auto Loans has helped me. I got a car about a year ago without really reading into the interest rate. After I realized just how much it was, I wanted an alternative to lower the amount. After making payments on time for quite a while, I refinanced with Regions. They brought my payment down significantly and lowered my interest rate dramatically. I'm saving so much money on a monthly basis, which I'm happy about.

Regions is an awesome lender! They are not my main financial institution, but they gave me a really great rate on an auto loan. Because of how satisfied I was with the loan, my sister decided to refinance her car loan through them. They have great customer service that are always available to help you when you need it. I couldn't be more satisfied with the way they work and their efficiency.
