We are experiencing the EXACT experience as John S!  Not one missed beat.  You are not exaggerating on the repetitive requests.  It has been over four months.  I am finally exhausted with them and moving on this week to open a refi through BofA.  I'm furious over the waste of my life with this outfit.  Each month, they will instruct you not to pay your mortgage and in the middle of the month because it will be harder for them once the refi goes through, and then tell you to ... pay it because the refi is still being processed.  We garnered late charges and ruined our good record of making timely payments.  Unprofessional is an understatement.  If you work through this company, they will cost you out-of-pocket in time you'll miss from work, the appraisal fee for your property appraisal which will expire before they complete escrow, and your sanity.  RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst experience ever!!! I would AVOID at all cost, unless loss of the home purchase or refi is the goal!! I have closed literally dozens of mortgages on many homes in the past few years. I could recommend many MTG companies (Plaza Mtg, 360 Mtg, BOA, etc..., but this is one to AVOID at all costs!!

They are incredibly disorganized, stringing out a list of requests over many weeks, several times a day asking for different items, or repeating the same request a few weeks later. ... Expect to spend 80 plus hours at your desk sorting through their questions - but not at one sitting. They'll dribble it out 3 or 4 times a day for a month or more.

Seems to lack any internal communication or common sense. They even wanted to know if I had a loan on a vacation rental from 25 years earlier!! REALLY!! These guys are a joke, create tremendous stress, and are most unprofessional. Not sure how they ever closed a loan without sending their abused client to the crazy farm!!
