After that, I never received a call unless I called them. This went on for several months until my credit card information was stolen, so I had to be issued another card. Now I hear from them. They called and emailed me almost everyday, because the credit card was no longer valid. This was a bit much to take. I told them I was not satisfied with their services so far, and wanted to speak to someone who could tell me about my account and the fact that I had not received anything from them and had not noticed any change in my credit score. After several transfers, I spoke to someone in customer service who told me what they had done, or rather what had supposed to have been done. Turns out, they had not done anything beyond sending out an initial dispute letter to creditors. He told me he would make sure they sent out the second batch of letters. They finally sent me an email showing me a file had been deleted. To make a long story short I never gave them a new credit card. Finally the initial salesperson calls, and I told him I was dissatisfied and since it was about time for the contract to end anyway, I was done with their company. That was our last communication.
