If you are trying to get your credit situation straight CIG is absolutely where you need to start! I had a removal in less than 48 hours of joining CIG!! My personal representative Dustin is awesome and gives me a sense of a personal connection that makes me feel comfortable talking to him. I have tried another credit repair company that didn't measure up to CIG. CIG is awesome for real!! Let them help you get your credit back on track!!

I too took a chance a bought into this company. I wanted to offer a service that worked and would be beneficial to both me and my clients. Unfortunately it was after I bought in that I realized that often times people received in essence nothing for the fee they paid. This is a service being offered that anyone can do own there on for little to no cost. I can not say it is a scam in the sense that in certain instances it can help people clean up ... there credit report. But how can you sell someone something in good faith and very well know there's a good chance they will get nothing to very little for what they paid. Hundreds and even over a thousand dollars? That does not have the customers best interest at heart... no matter how they hype it up. And as for the guarantee? If your credit score increases by one point? They will say they did there job. If your still unsure and on the fence... watch some of the owners "Youtube" videos. This is a greed based company with him leading the pack... you really need to follow your instincts here and don't ignore the red flags like I did. More Less

This company the owner Scott Been and his wife Jennifer Matthews are all scams!!! DO NOT do business with this company and DO NOT join!!! Biggest waste of money!! NO STARS

Buyer beware! Scott Been lies about how successful he is with his meaningless YouTube video rants. Don’t believe me check out his YouTube videos. Also, run a background check on him and you’ll be surprised that he is actually a criminal. Scott Been also owns Credit Repair Nerds. I have never talked with a guy that is as arrogant as him.

He will promise that your credit will be in good standing after you hire them. He is only after more monthly residual ... income. Scott with try to sell you an authorized user account. The FTC warns against this tactic. Over 6 months our credit score went up 6 points! Scott been made 2,500+ dollars from us!

He claims that he is franchising his business, but all he is doing is putting beneath him so he can reap the gains. This guy is bad news and his BBB rating can attest to that! Only thing positive on him is stuff he puts up on himself. He owns two other websites where he makes his business number one. All you have to do is check into who actually owns the websites. Smart move Scott Been!

The attorney general really needs to put an end to this guy once and for all. I can’t believe they have let this go on for this long. He has been featured on ripoffreport, too.

Way to go Scott Been!

https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/cpd/credit-repair

problems with this company, copy paste the link in your browser, fill out the online complaint form, this is the only way to get the trash off the street, they pray on innocent people trying to do better. when you cancel the service they add more bad debt to your credit by turning you in to a collection company.

look them up on Yelp, they are the same, Jennifer Matthew , a Realtor from Katy TX, terrible reviews...... note they will turn you in to collections if you look at them wrong, if you use them and are not satisfied contact the OCCC and the Texas Attorney Generals office. help get this guy some formal training

Warning Credit Innovations is Credit Repair Nerds too. The owner Scott Been started another company because he got so much dirt on Credit Innovations name. That one will tank too.

He took me for 1000.00 and even tried to sell me an authorized user account after my credit went up 5 points in 3 months. He is a con-artist and it will catch up to him in a matter of time.

Once he takes your money he stops answering the phone. He's a snake oil salesmen.

Weird how the only good reviews come from your wife or her sister Scott. You should be ashamed of yourself......All of these negative reviews are from hard working paying clients who trusted you to provide a service. You took the money and never responded again. Not even through emails. No wonder you had to change your name. you were reported to the BBB 9 times!

I feel like this company uses the bait and switch tactic on their customers. They seemed very nice and professional when I spoke with them over the phone, but once I actually began working with them, it all changed. I wouldn't be able to recommend them on my good conscience.

After months of paying my hard-earned money, this company did absolutely nothing for me. I requested a refund, they told me that was okay, then began ignoring my inquiries. Haven't heard back from them. Such a shame and waste of time, effort, and money.

I found them to be VERY unprofessional. They don't bother responding to phone calls or even have the courtesy to call you back. They did remove some negative items from my credit report, but I wouldn't use them again. I value customer service and they just don't have it.

I was told that the credit repair services from credit innovations were guaranteed. Turns out, not so much. I think they are thieving individuals who just take money from their customers. Please do not use this company. Please do your due diligence and research a more reputable company.

I'm very happy with the work Credit Innovations has done for me. Over a year, my credit jumped almost 200 points. I got a home loan because of this, and couldn't be happier. I'm still using Credit Innovations to remove negative items and will probably continue to do so for some time.

Credit Innovations literally did nothing for me. I mean NOTHING. Not one thing was removed from my credit. I requested a refund and they haven't contacted me back yet. Why did I pay for them to literally do nothing! Such a waste of time. Don't do it.

Credit Innovations touts the fact that there are licensed attorneys on staff along with its credit repair agents. Credit Innovations also touts its ability to permanently remove derogatory items from your credit report, while being careful to also state that the debts remain – and that derogatory items may reappear if the debt is sold to a collector. The pricing for the services it provides is also somewhat confusing. On the one hand, Credit innovations claims to take an individualized approach to pricing, requiring visitors to enter information such ... as their state of residence and present credit profile (good, fair or poor). On the other hand, a price of $699 for individuals or $899 for couples is stated, with a $50 discount provided for active or retired military personnel. To soften the impact of that somewhat hefty price tag, Credit Innovations provides new customers with a new Google Nexus tablet, and offers a money back guarantee if your credit score does not improve. I am very disappointed with Credit Innovations. I wanted to temporarily cancel a service they had offered me, but they ended up sending my account to collections anyway. Why? I'm not sure. I'd definitely do more research before handing over any money to this company.

Disappointed with Credit Innovations / Scott Been - He ignored emails & phone calls after he was paid. They've been getting some bad reviews on other websites...I guess that's why they are now operating under Credit Repair Nerds.

Credit Innovations did a very good job with my credit report and helped clean up my credit file. Thanks!

Scott w/Credit Innovations helped me buy my home and saved me money on my home and auto insurance.

I felt like I was promised the world from Credit Innovations. They are a bunch of slick, smooth talking individuals who promise you everything but do nothing. I would highly recommend that you go with another company and not this joke of a credit repair agency.

I didn't get anything out of the service Credit Innovations offers, so I wanted a refund. It was like pulling teeth calling day and night trying to get something back. FINALLY they said they'd refund me. If you're company didn't do what they said they were going to do, why is it so hard for me to get my money back? It is your fault!
