Personally I have a Great Experience with them, my credit is more than perfect, the only disadvantage with them is that they don't update the credit score on theirs system, but when I was checking my credit score on my credit card was like 760 and I didn't believed, because before it was like 560, now when I applied to buy a house the Financial guy confirm that my credit Score show 770 on the 3 bureaus, I am writing this review because I was like you trying to ... figured out which should I choose. As I said This is my personal Experience. Daniel T.. More Less

They don't really do much. You have to stay on top of things all the time otherwise you wont hear from them. Everything they get taken off your report comes back on eventually. A waste of time.

Wow!!! Rated A+ by BBB. Just researching way to fix credit score and decided to look up The Credit People. A lot of bad reviews and I don't know why the BBB rating is so high. Many different corporations on the Better Business Bureau website with no rating at all or an average of C ratings. Idk sounds kinda fishy to me

Man I have called this company a number of times with complaints. First my score has dropped by 60 points, when I called them all they said was don't trust the consumer reports. Second they stated nothing has been done because they haven't received my reports that I was suppose to send in, but I informed them that I haven't received any credit reports from any credit company. I feel like I'm running in circles checking behind a company thats suppose to be helping me.

The review sites that give this place more than 1 star have to be fake. This place ruined my credit. Started with an experian score of 674 and 4 months later the credit people managed to get it down to 538. When I called them to ask wtf they had no reason. They offer a guarantee, but they do not honor it.

At first it was real easy working with these people except having to continue mailing my credit reports to them. They did remove some negatives from my credit reports, albeit some of them were about to come off themselves, but what got me ticked off was my credit got worse over 7 months because 4 of the company's they sent disputes to, charged off my accounts which lowered my credit score. I asked for a refund and they said they could only refund 1 month. meanwhile they got me for ... 8 months @ $59.00 per month. I would not recommend these folks to my worst enemy. More Less

I found working with the credit people to be super easy. It did take a lot longer than I thought it would, but hey, I think they did a good job in the end. My credit score is a lot better now and I only have them to thank. I have already recommended them to a few friends.

I feel like I wasted too much time with this company, but they did give me my money back with a 100% money back guarantee. This is just not an efficient method of repairing your credit. I'm happy they refunded my money, now I can use it toward a better company.

I realized that my credit score was not improving whatsoever and requested a refund from them. They never even emailed or called me back. They don't even have the courtesy to send me an email saying they don't do refunds. What a joke of a company.

I am super busy and that takes a toll on managing my finances, so I needed some assistance with credit repair. They really took the reins and did everything for me. For the price of only $300, I was able to raise my credit about 70 points. Awesome! Couldn't be more pleased.

After almost half a year, I expected a lot more from The Credit People. Their updates are showing that my credit has only been improved a little bit, and they are less than 10% of the way done with their process. It's taking way to long for them to make any progress.

My credit was killing my chances of doing anything financially so I decided to give The Credit People a shot. They were really awesome with informing me exactly what the problem was and where to improve. In about a year, my credit looks better than ever. Thanks, Credit People!!

Considering I have spent thousands with other credit repair companies, the Credit People are a bargain. I noticed that they worked slower than I was used to, but with their cheaper rates I can't really complain. They did pretty much the same thing as the other companies at a better price.

I can honestly say that I feel like a number to these Credit People. I do not feel like a valued customer whatsoever. Whenever I email them, I get a generic email back, with nothing pertaining to my actual account. Very disappointed. I'd rather pay more and be valued.

After emailing them multiple times, I have yet to hear back from anyone at The Credit People. I have already paid them a couple hundred dollars and I feel completely robbed. Nothing else is happening with my credit. It's like they've dropped off the face of the earth.

In a year and a half with the Credit People, they've done nothing to my credit score. Even worse, when I questioned it, they told me they no longer were going to take me as a client. I guess that's for the better since they weren't doing anything for me anyway.

The Credit People states prominently on its website that its services are based on the staggering number of inaccuracies on credit reports, ranging from misspelled names to erroneously added bankruptcies. The website correctly points out that even errors that seem small can have a significant detrimental impact on your credit score. Like other credit repair agencies, The Credit People intervenes with creditors and credit reporting bureaus on your behalf, while providing you with advice and insider tips on how to obtain credit even if your credit is trashed. ... There is also free information in the form of a blog maintained on the website. Where The Credit People differ from other credit repair firms is in price: its startup fee is a very low $19, with monthly fees of $59. This fee includes initial and ongoing credit reports and credit scores from all three major credit reporting agencies: TransUnion, Equifax and Experian. The Credit People also offers a 7-day free trial, which is not enough time to see results but does provide an opportunity to determine whether you wish to continue. More Less
