My friend told me to go to what I thought was this site. Turns out she meant another one. I didn't know and signed up and wish I hadn't. I did see my score and report, but I think they're charging me too much and I don't know how to cancel it. I see with these reviews that no one seems to know that!
I signed up for this site before I realized there were better ones out there. I also was pulled in by the word free. Well, it wasn't free. I ended up getting charged, and I had a hard time getting my credit report out of them. I would definitely advise against using them. Go with the many other good sites out there.
I'm a sucker for the word free. I was looking into getting some credit monitoring services and thought it was pretty pricey to do so at 15-25 a pop. When I saw this I thought I'd hit the jackpot! More likely they may have hit the jackpot. I'm thinking it's not at all free and that I'll be seeing a bill real soon.
Like others mentioned here, I tried this because of the free in the name. Well, I have no idea what I signed up for to tell you the truth. I'm hoping to get a credit report here soon, but I can't find a phone number in order to make a call to customer service. Thank goodness they only have the last four of my social!
I also saw my credit report and score but am really wondering the more I look into this company if the score is even valid. This company seems to bring up a lot more questions than answers, and it's nearly impossible to get anyone to help you either via email or calling. Hope I can get them to stop charging my card.
I have seen some reports and scores and even found some issues with my report, so that part seems legit. What I am concerned about is being able to cancel this service. I haven't figure out how the heck you do that, which is a bad sign. Hopefully I don't have to cancel my card, but I might have to.
Not much to this site--pretty schlocky. They only have on the homepage a place for you to give them all of your vital info, including the last four digits of your social and your birthdate. I'm used to a website that tells me who the heck they are first and then explains what I would be getting if I gave them all my info.
I did see my credit score and report, but I never did figure out how much I was going to be charged on the site, because they were really evasive. As a result, I was shocked to see the charge on my credit card the following month. Now I am in the middle of trying to cancel this thing. AAAAAAAAH, wish I'd gone to another site.
Scammy site. They only have on their homepage a place for you to lay out all of your personal info and then they are going to do what? I didn't see anywhere as to what they would do. Except for the name of the site--you don't know what's going to happen. I started to sign up but then stopped.
I should have read the fine print when I put in my info on the homepage, At the bottom it says they can contact me about that request and other requests. So that explains the junk mail calls and emails that started up big after I did this. I should have known better. Now I wish I'd never found the company!
