I just want to say my experience with Allstate has been terrible. A contractor told me i had damage to my roof due to hail. My neighbors had all they're roofs repaired and mine was still damaged. I had made a claim but before anyone even came to look at it i was told they could do nothing to help me. I have since found another company.I just want to say my experience with Allstate has been terrible. A contracor told me i had damage to my roof due to ... hail. I live in Phoenix and have allstate insurance. We had a bad rain storm and water came through the roof and did a lot of damage. I called the 24 hr emergancy and they sent out serv pro to clean up. The bill was $4000 and now they are saying they are not going to pay because i can't prove the rain storm did the damage.

A rain storm cused water to enter my kitchen and caused my floor to buckle. I called Allstate and they sent an adjuster to inspect. I was notified a week later that they are denying my claim because it wasnt a plumbing issue.

I had Allstate and a storm ripped shingles off my house. When the adjuster came out he told me that the nails that were used on my roof were too short and I couldn't make a claim . No one asked me when i got the policy if the nails on my roof were the right size. They told me at my next renewal I will be cancelled.

I called an Allstate adjuster because my roof was heavily damaged in a storm. He called me back and told me nothing could be done because i had an $11,000 deductable or 5% of my home value. They valued my house at $225,000. My house and land were appraised at $140,000.

Allstate has been disrespectful and unwilling to do anything about my claim. I can not believe the way I have been treated. I have been forced to hire a lawyer to help me. I have had them for 12 yrs without a claim and this is what I get for years of loyalty?
