Enrollment is easy but cancellation is nearly impossible. I tried the "trial" period and ended up paying for a month's worth of membership because it took so long to get someone on the phone who had the "authority" to cancel my plan. A lot can be said about a company through how they treat members, whether coming or going...

I am supposed to be paying them to work on my behalf and it appears their protection does work well. However, their service does not include the ability for me to monitor my credit at all. I could understand if they were to require a period of days or weeks between my checking, but this is not the case. We should be able to easily monitor the credit we are paying them to protect without an extra charge or a hassle. 

I was paying the most expensive plan for almost 6 months. When my husbands credit card was charged almost a $1,000 life lock never contacted us back like they said they would. They then cancelled us. Thanks a lot for absolutely nothing!
