The way Tink manages to categorize your purchases is much better than a lot of apps out there. I've had so many others that did a horrible job categorizing my purchases and then would never remember where they went for future reference. Tink remembers where my purchases go after I have to manually add them to a category. So smart! I feel so much more in tune with my finances now and Tink makes it easy to do.
Tink is such a great financial app! I find that it gives you everything you'd need from a money application. Getting started is super simple- you just log in with your financial accounts. Then it gives you all these graphs and pictures to see where you stand financially. This is awesome for us visual folk. The user interface is so straightforward and easy to use- by far the most simple app I have ever found. Love Tink!
I really love Tink but I hope the next update includes a confirmation before you choose to log out. I keep accidentally pressing the wrong buttons and I get logged out without knowing it. I have to keep logging back into the app and its becoming really inconvenient. Other than this, I think Tink is a pretty well designed app. It is definitely made for those who like pictures and graphs. They include everything and it's super helpful.
Tink is awesome! It is so easy to use! The interface is wonderful-better than the 50 other financial apps I have used in the past. It did switch the language to Swedish after I downloaded, but it easily switched back. Other than that little mishap, I have no complaints. It gives you a comprehensive view of your day to day finances in terms of graphs and visuals. It's a wonderful little tool to use every day.
My Tink app tends to be a little glitchy when I scroll, but I do like the app and have continued to use it. It displays all of my financials in an easy to view manner. I do wish the app would alert you in some way when something changes to your account, like a withdrawal, instead of just finding it out when I check the app. I am very hopeful for this app and think with a few minor adjustments and updates, it could be amazing.
I like that Tink shows you what is normal and what isn't based on your spending habits. Being a victim of a stolen credit card in the past, I found this feature to be very helpful. It also manages to put me at ease. I can see if there have been charges made to my account that are considered "abnormal". I like the graphs and the visual aspects that show you exactly where your money is going. Great app, great execution.
There is a continuous pop up that comes to my screen, reminding me how to scroll every time I open the app. It gets really annoying because it pops up every time and you have to close it every time. It makes life a little more troublesome, while the app itself makes life easier. Tink gives you a broad overview of your finances, and I honestly think it is the only app you need to help you manage your finances. Fix the dang pop up, and Tink will be a ...
five star app.
Tink is really meant to show you your personal economic situation at a glance. At doing this, I think Tink is a good way to go compared to other apps. It is more straightforward than others- you don't really need to categorize and it shows expenses more clearly. I am happy that I have found an app that is much less of a hassle to deal with than other apps. It is also less time that I need to spend managing my finances.
Tink would be an even better app if it gave the option to rename the spending goals. Ultimately, I'd want to set individual goals and set specific budgets, but this app is a little limited when it comes to doing that in full. It does give you a quick overview of your personal economy and what is important to you financially, so that's a great asset to have. It puts you in front of your finances and gives a clear view of what's going on.
Not being able to add or edit categories and subcategories has honestly become such an issue for me. Yes, I think the app is very well designed and the user interface is fairly easy to use. But it offers no personalization. If you are on autopilot, that works for you. I personally like to change my categories and add new ones as needed. If they updated with some sort of personalization, I will continue using the app. But as for now, I will probably go elsewhere for my money management.
Best app for financial management, hands down. If you're like me, you're a chronic spender who never paid attention to their money. With Tink, I am now fully aware what is going on in my bank account. It is so well designed and so easy to use. If it weren't, I probably wouldn't have stuck around for so long. I've used others and it is the best. I have recommended Tink to family before, and I would over and over again.
I have spent so much time using app after app after app to help me better manage my money. The best thing that Tink offers is a general overview of your financial situation. It is essentially an economic overview for you, personally. I check Tink every day to see exactly where my paycheck is going. I've never been one to watch my money, but this app makes it 100x easier to do so. Even better, it's all in my back pocket! Awesome.
Tink is simple, intuitive and available outside of the United States. Mint and Check are all very good, but if you live outside of the United States they aren't very useful. Tink links directly to your credit and bank account and makes managing your finances easy. It also makes personal recommendations on financial products, such as mortgages and insurance policies, based on your income, lifestyle, and spending patterns.
