Spent a total of $1200 with this company. Initially $600 to get my credit repaired. I was told that would be final total from Brian. Then unknowingly for 9 months they were charging me $89 to "maintain" my credit. They were unable to help in any way. A complete waste of my time and money. Do not work with this company. I have been on hold for two hours!! My home phone is still on hold with Parkview Credit while I used my cell phone to call them to be put on hold again. Spoke to a very rude customer service representative who told me that a two hour wait on Mondays is normal and I am not the only customer they have!! EXCELLENT credit repair firm. the only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because they have limited support over the weekends so I had to call during work hours.
