Below average service location.

Community Bank with local leadership had been an excellent bank. Since the transition away from that original Community Bank organization, which was well before the name change to Charter occurred, service at this branch deteriorated. It has progressed lower and lower, to the point we are moving our accounts away. Terrible staffing levels, ATM's are often being repaired and aren't in service. It used to be a handy location, with numerous local business in the building. Now, it is nothing ... like it was. Who needs them! More Less

If you are looking for new place to do your finances with great costumer service, short lines, and like being treated like a person instead of a number, I suggest visiting a Charter Bank. I did and walked out a satisfied customer.
