Customer service is so important to any company, and Citi really makes sure that their reps take care of their customers. I've called in numerous times and each time was a great experience. They are always very helpful and very nice. No problems at all.

I think you have to have a decent credit score to get this card, but its worth it for the rewards. I'm still getting used to everything but I like it so far. I have no complaints. Its my second card and now my most liked and most used. I'll stick with Citi if they keep up the good work.

I LOVE my Citi student card! I couldn't be happier with the rewards, the application, and the overall customer service of the company. I didn't think I'd be approved but since they are geared towards students with little income, I was. So happy!!!

Citi's customer service is the absolute best! The application was so simple to do, too. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. After having them for a few months and calling into customer service a few times, I have highly impressed with their level of professionalism.

I honestly was not expecting much from this card, but it is better than I thought. The points and rewards add up really fast without even noticing, which is cool. I have a decent limit even though I only work part time. All in all, good card for college students.

I had a horrible experience with another credit card company, but I needed one so I gave Citi a shot. This card has been nothing but amazing. I started out with zero credit history and now have a decent credit score. The rewards are great considering it IS my first card.

The best part of the Citi Preferred Card for Students is the reward system. I feel like I don't use the card that often but I keep seeing my reward balance grow. It's pretty cool to see what I can get for spending so little. I am impressed with the card.

The application process was a bit frustrating. I applied, was told there was an issue and to reapply later, then I reapplied and was rejected. I called into CS and they said I was rejected because the first application went through and they were considering that. So, if you get an error message, just wait. Don't keep applying like they say to.

This card gives you "thank you" points when you make purchases. You get 2 points when you use the card at restaurants and for entertainment and 1 point for other stuff. Best of all, the rewards don't expire, which is great, because as a "starving student," I don't spend all that much.

Citi is really trying to get the business of future professionals. They accept students with poor/fair credit and no credit history and offer a competitive rewards program. It even has a 2,500 points signup bonus, if you spend $500 in the first three months.

I got a higher credit limit on this card than my other cards, even though I have an established credit history. I'm not sure why, but I'm pleased with it. I use this card mainly now for the rewards since my other cards can't even compare.

At first, Citi actually denied my application, but after reapplying, I was instantly approved. My credit limit is over a thousand which I was not expecting at all. I wanted this card for the rewards (why I reapplied) and they've been good to me since.
