After working with Pinnacle for some time I decided to take things into my own hands. I wasn't seeing much of a difference with my tax situation and my wife was getting angrier and angrier with me. So, I called the IRS myself. They worked with me more than Pinnacle had. I set up a payment plan, discussed the interest on the taxes, and much more. My advice would be to just deal with the IRS directly before you even call these guys.

I have never experienced such poor customer service with a so called professional agency! I have been calling my case manager for two weeks and he has yet to get back to me. They are horrible at communicating everything that is going on. Not only do I feel out of the loop, I am super frustrated because I need to know information about my current tax situation that only THEY would know. So frustrating and I don't know what to do!!

After working with Pinnacle, I spoke to a representative from the IRS, and they literally told me that I'd wasted my money on them. I knew that Pinnacle hadn't done much in regards to my tax situation, but really? I looked into it further and they had failed to live up to any of their promises. I was looking forward to a lower tax bill, less interest, better payments.. Nope. None of that happened.
