Consent to Electronic Signatures and Disclosures (E-SIGN Consent)

This policy is a supplemental agreement and forms part of SuperMoney’s Terms of Service. All capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings assigned in the Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this policy and the Terms of Service, this policy will control, but only with respect to the specific service it governs.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY AND RETAIN A COPY FOR YOUR RECORDS.
By using the Services, creating a SuperMoney account, submitting an inquiry, or interacting with any Provider through the Site, you acknowledge that you received this E-Consent and you consent to conduct business electronically with SuperMoney and its third-party financial service Providers (“Providers”). This consent includes the use of electronic signatures, electronic delivery of records, notices, disclosures, agreements, and other communications (“Disclosures”).

A. Scope of Consent

This E-Consent applies to:
  • All interactions between you and SuperMoney, including your account registration, product usage, updates to terms or policies, and delivery of required notices.
  • All interactions between you and any Provider in connection with SuperMoney’s Services, including your inquiry, quote request, and receipt of Provider offers or disclosures.
  • All communications delivered by email, text, website, app, or other electronic means.

B. One-Time Transaction

This consent is tied to your use of the Services and the Provider matching process and cannot be withdrawn retroactively. If you later withdraw your consent, your access to certain Services may be limited or terminated.

C. Option for Paper Copies

You may request paper copies of Provider disclosures directly from the Provider. Some Providers may charge a fee. SuperMoney provides all required notices and disclosures electronically. If you do not wish to receive these electronically, you must discontinue use of the Services

D. Technology Requirements

To receive and retain electronic records, you must have:
  • A device with Internet access;
  • A modern web browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firefox);
  • A valid email address and a PDF reader (e.g., Adobe Acrobat);
  • A printer or storage device for saving documents.
If you use a mobile device, ensure you have software that allows you to access, print, or save documents.
By continuing to use the Services, you confirm that you meet the technology requirements above and consent to receive all applicable electronic communications from SuperMoney and its Providers.

E. Updating Your Contact Information

You must keep your email address and contact details current. You can update your SuperMoney contact information through your account dashboard. For Provider updates, contact the Provider directly.
