SuperMoney Insights Terms of Service and Disclosures

This policy is a supplemental agreement and forms part of SuperMoney’s Terms of Service. All capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings assigned in the Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this policy and the Terms of Service, this policy will control, but only with respect to the specific service it governs.

SuperMoney Insights is a suite of personal finance tools that help users monitor credit, track financial activity, and receive personalized alerts and insights. By using these tools, you agree to the following:

Credit Authorization. You provide “written instructions” under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”) authorizing SuperMoney and its authorized service providers to obtain your consumer credit report and credit score from one or more consumer reporting agencies (e.g., Experian, TransUnion, Equifax) on a recurring basis for as long as your account remains active. This information may be used to display your credit data, deliver alerts, and provide personalized insights based on your credit profile. These are “soft” credit inquiries and do not affect your credit score. SuperMoney may use third-party vendors to facilitate credit pulls and deliver credit data (e.g., Spinwheel Solutions, Inc. or similar credit data processors). When applicable, you may be required to accept the vendor’s own end user agreement or authorization to enable access.
Recurring Access.You authorize SuperMoney to conduct soft credit inquiries on a recurring basis while your account remains active, unless you opt out or close your account.
Linked Accounts. You may choose to connect external financial accounts (e.g., checking, credit card, or loan accounts) through third-party aggregation tools. If you use this feature, you authorize SuperMoney and its data partners to retrieve and display data from those accounts on your behalf.
Use of Data Providers. SuperMoney may work with trusted third-party vendors (e.g., Akoya, Finicity, MX Technologies, Plaid, etc) to retrieve financial data. Use of these integrations is subject to each vendor’s separate terms and privacy policies.
No Financial Advice. The Insights tools provide information for your personal use and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions based on Insights features.
No Guarantees. SuperMoney does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of Insights features, including credit score data, account balances, or spending insights. These tools are informational only.
