SuperMoney Offers Terms of Service and Disclosures

This policy is a supplemental agreement and forms part of SuperMoney’s Terms of Service. All capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings assigned in the Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this policy and the Terms of Service, this policy will control, but only with respect to the specific service it governs.
SuperMoney Offers is a tool that enables you to request and compare prequalified quotes from third-party providers of financial products (“Providers”). By using this feature, you authorize SuperMoney, its affiliates, and Providers to collect and use your information as follows:
  • Soft Credit Inquiries. You provide “written instructions” under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”) authorizing SuperMoney, its Providers, and their authorized agents and service vendors to obtain your consumer credit report and credit score from one or more consumer reporting agencies (e.g., TransUnion, Experian, Equifax). These are “soft” credit inquiries that do not affect your credit score. Your credit information may be used to: (i) verify your identity and submitted information, (ii) assess your credit history and potential eligibility for financial products, and (iii) match you with Providers and display personalized offers. SuperMoney may use third-party service providers to facilitate these inquiries and retrieve credit data on its behalf (e.g., Spinwheel Solutions, Inc. or similar authorized vendors). When applicable, you may be required to review and accept such service provider’s own End User Agreement before proceeding.
  • Recurring Access. You authorize SuperMoney to conduct soft credit inquiries on a recurring basis while your account remains active, unless you opt out or close your account.
  • Hard Credit Inquiries by Providers. Soft credit inquiries made during prequalification do not impact your credit score. If you choose to proceed with a Provider and submit a formal application, the Provider may conduct a “hard” credit inquiry, which may impact your credit score. SuperMoney does not conduct hard inquiries and is not responsible for how Providers use your credit information.
  • Information Sharing. You authorize SuperMoney to:
    • Share relevant information with Providers to display potential product options and assess eligibility;
    • Share information with select third-party service providers who support quote delivery, eligibility checks, or performance optimization;
    • Maintain records of your activity for compliance, performance, and customer service purposes.
  • Third-Party Integrations. Some Services may integrate with financial account aggregators or other third-party tools to assist in completing your request. Where applicable, you authorize SuperMoney or its service providers to access third-party financial account information — with your consent — to prefill application fields or help determine your eligibility.
  • No Guarantee of Offers. All quotes shown are indicative and subject to change. SuperMoney does not make credit or underwriting decisions and is not a financial institution, lender, or other financial product issuer. A prequalified offer is not a firm offer of credit. It indicates that you may meet preliminary criteria based on a soft credit inquiry and other inputs. SuperMoney does not guarantee your approval or that any Provider will extend a specific offer. All decisions regarding pricing, creditworthiness, and approval are made solely by the Provider based on their criteria. We do not endorse or guarantee any particular offer, product, or Provider.
SuperMoney makes no representations that:
  • You will qualify for any offer;
  • The quotes or terms shown are the lowest or best available;
  • Provider disclosures or rate information are accurate or current.
All rate and term information is subject to change at any time. Rates may vary based on changes to your credit profile, Provider policies, or market index movements. In some verticals, such as mortgage refinancing or student loans, rates may change multiple times per day. No rate is final until locked by the Provider after approval.
If you select a prequalified offer, you will be redirected to the Provider’s application portal to complete the process. You will be required to review and accept the Provider’s disclosures, terms, privacy policy, and consent to a hard credit inquiry. Final decisions rest solely with the Provider.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. Misrepresentation may result in disqualification from receiving offers or being matched with Providers.
