Sense AI Terms of Service and Disclosures

This policy is a supplemental agreement and forms part of SuperMoney’s Terms of Service. All capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings assigned in the Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this policy and the Terms of Service, this policy will control, but only with respect to the specific service it governs.
The SuperMoney Sense AI chat (“Sense AI”) is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice. The responses you receive are automatically generated by an AI language model and are not reviewed or verified by human agents.
No Professional Advice. Sense AI does not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, or credit advice. While we aim to offer useful and timely information, the AI may not reflect your personal circumstances, current market conditions, or applicable laws. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of any information before acting on it. You agree not to rely on Sense AI for decisions that could impact eligibility for credit, housing, employment, insurance, or other legally significant determinations. If you are unsure whether a product or financial decision is right for you, please consult a licensed financial, legal, or tax professional.
No Credit Decisions or Guarantees. Sense AI may use general market data and de-identified credit attributes to suggest financial products. It does not assess creditworthiness, or make eligibility determinations. All credit decisions are made solely by SuperMoney’s lending partners or Providers.
No Fiduciary Relationship. Your use of Sense AI does not create a fiduciary, financial advisor, attorney-client, or customer relationship between you and SuperMoney.
Accuracy Disclaimer. SuperMoney does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or usefulness of the AI responses. You use this feature at your own risk. Sense AI may produce incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate content. You agree to independently evaluate any output before relying on it, and you must not treat such information as legal, financial, or factual advice.
Data Use and Privacy. Sense AI may log and analyze anonymized user inputs to improve performance, detect abuse, and support compliance monitoring. No personally identifiable information is stored for model training purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
User-Generated Content (UGC). Do not enter confidential or sensitive personal information into the chat. You acknowledge and agree that your inputs are considered non-confidential and may be processed as described above.
Restrictions on Use. You agree not to misuse the Sense AI features offered through SuperMoney’s Services. Specifically, you shall not:
- Scrape, extract, or harvest any responses or output generated by Sense AI using automated tools, scripts, bots, or similar methods, whether for commercial use or data collection.
- Use, reproduce, or store AI-generated output for the purpose of training, developing, or improving any artificial intelligence, machine learning, or natural language processing system, whether proprietary or third-party.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise discover the underlying models, source code, or algorithms used in Sense AI, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Falsely present or misrepresent AI-generated content as content written, reviewed, or endorsed by a human or by SuperMoney, particularly where doing so may mislead users, regulators, or customers.
- Use Sense AI in any way that violates laws or regulations, infringes intellectual property rights, or circumvents usage restrictions implemented by SuperMoney.
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services and may expose you to legal liability.
Acceptance of Terms. By using the Sense AI chat, you agree to these terms and to be bound by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the chat service.
