TCPA Consent Policy

Last Updated 07/26/2025
This policy is a supplemental agreement and forms part of SuperMoney’s Terms of Service. All capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings assigned in the Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this policy and the Terms of Service, this policy will control, but only with respect to the specific service it governs.

A. Your Consent to Receive Communications

By using the Services and providing your contact information to SuperMoney, you expressly consent to receive communications from us and our Providers, including but not limited to:
  • Telephone calls (including those made using automated dialing systems or artificial/prerecorded voices),
  • SMS and MMS messages (text messages),
  • Voicemail messages,
  • Emails and other forms of electronic communication.
These communications may relate to your inquiry, account, application, products, services, or promotional offers, and may be sent to any telephone number or email address you provide to us. This consent applies even if your contact information is registered on a corporate, state, or national Do Not Call list.
Your mobile or telephone service provider may charge fees for calls or messages based on your service plan. SuperMoney and its Providers are not responsible for any such charges.
You acknowledge that:
  • Communications may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, and risk management purposes.
  • Delivery of text messages may be impacted by your wireless carrier’s support for short codes, network availability, device compatibility, or environmental factors.
  • SuperMoney does not guarantee delivery of communications and is not liable for any delayed, misdirected, or undelivered messages.

B. Sharing Contact Information with Providers

By using the Services, you authorize SuperMoney to share your phone number and email address with relevant Providers and their agents as necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide services, or complete a transaction. Providers may contact you directly.

C. Representations

You represent and warrant that:
  • You are the subscriber and primary user of any telephone number or email address you provide.
  • You will immediately update your contact details if they change.
  • You will not provide contact information that does not belong to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SuperMoney and its Providers from any claims, liabilities, or costs arising out of your provision of inaccurate or unauthorized contact information.

D. Opt-Out Options

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time:
  • Text Messages: Reply “STOP” to any marketing text message you receive. You may receive a one-time confirmation message.
  • Email or Call Communications: Send a written notice to SuperMoney LLC, 1551 N Tustin Ave Suite 760, Santa Ana, CA 92705 (Attn: Opt-Out), including your full name, email address, and phone number(s) for which you are revoking consent.
  • Email Inquiries: You may also email privacy@supermoney.com to submit your opt-out request.
Opting out may prevent you from receiving updates, account alerts, or offers. Please allow up to 30 days for processing.
To stop receiving communications from a specific Provider, you must contact that Provider directly and follow their opt-out procedures.
