they sent me a letter for refinancing and I called, the guy that answered the phone asked me my WEEKLY INCOME! they did a soft pull and he told me that I my monthly expenses were $1,500 a month and that it was more than 50% of my monthly income which is not true, he asked me for my weekly pay not my monthly or yearly pay. Review for Auto Approve Auto Refinance

When it comes to a trusted broker to help you with that refinance, Auto Approve is the deal. But the origination fee is just on the high side and I wish it is moderated. Other than that, it just good to go. Fast loan processing, no late repayment charge with an amazing customer care service. I really do like them.
