Allstate is notorious amongst lawyers for being ruthless when it comes to denying claims. Allstate's lawyers will look for any little loophole or possible method to cheat their customers out of the money they deserve. Do not use Allstate unless you want to hear 'no, no, no'.

Allstate is one of the better insurers out there when I needed to insure my vehicles. They gave comparable rates to most of the the competition and the insurance was affordable enough for basic liability coverage. Customer service was great and having a membership with the Roadside Protection coverage was also good for my overall peace of mind.

In a rural area, do your homework. Allstate is a reputable company that provides a variety of discounts that some other insurance companies are striving to catch up with. I live in rural West Virginia and Allstate encouraged their app to upload pictures of vehicle damage. I have been with Allstate Auto Insurance for two years now, and I am glad about how things are going with their services.
I love their services so much, that I have always insured all the cars I've owned with them. I had accident forgiveness, auto-mechanic repair, and even wonderful discounts! Their workers in the company also display a high level of professionalism. Highly, highly recommended!

They cut corners on my car after it was in a accident and the front end was badly damaged. I felt like after being a loyal customer when I needed them they were not there. I might would recommend Allstate according to my personal experience. I use to have Allstate insurance and for the first few months everything was great. Excellent customer services. I love Allstate. All State provides a reliable insurance cover real life challenges. With over 2-4 years of experience, with this company I had rental car coverage, accident forgiveness, auto-mechanic repair etc.
Allstate grants customers maximum satisfaction for services. Also I received payment discounts, and a rideshairng coverage for all my vehicles.

I had Allstate Auto Insurance in Boston, Massachusetts and it offered great coverage. The local AllState office was communicative and quick to respond, answering all questions I had. The policy was a little pricier than some of the other auto insurances, but for the quality of service and amount of coverage you are getting, it is worth it.

I love Allstate. Have used the companies service for many years. I have insured almost all the vehicles I have owned with them. Very low payments and useful service when you have an issue or accident. I have only had two accidents in about 15 years, and Allstate always covered my expenses and was a helpful ally in those difficult times.

When you call Allstate, you speak to a real live, breathing human being. You do not get the robot you get with many other insurance companies.
