Berlind Corp dba Infinity Mortgage Group was formed in 1998. From the start, our focus has been to provide a wide selection of loan products for our clients at a competitive cost. While our niche has been loans where the lender pays funds to you at closing to cover your 3rd party fees – (the lender issues a credit to YOU the borrower - in exchange for a slightly higher rate) – the lender pays our fee and in many cases your normal closing costs (appraisal, title, escrow/closing, credit report, recording and underwriting) These fees are paid by YOU at closing from a credit issued by the lender. Sometimes it makes sense to buy down the rate and pay points – we will show you all of the options on the program that you choose. We are very competitively priced and we want to make sure that you are able to make an informed decision.
We are a relationship company and the majority of our business comes from repeat clients and referals. Unlike most banks and mortgage brokers, our job doesn’t stop when you sign your closing papers.
