As a tribally owned entity, BlueChip Financial plays a vital role in the economic development of our tribal community. The Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians of North Dakota is a sovereign nation in the heart of North America comprised of a people in harmony with our unique traditions and culture. As a tribally owned entity organized under and governed by the laws of Turtle Mountain, BlueChip Financial aims to empower our people to become better, and do better. Through the Spotloan brand, BlueChip Financial has provided over 675,000 loans to hundreds of thousands of Americans in need since its establishment in 2012. Funding from Spotloan provides a significant portion of the tribe’s general fund revenue, supporting critical community programs such as the fire department, waste management, the tribal court system, and much more. BlueChip provides crucial employment opportunities to a community that has faced major job losses and unemployment rates that top 65 percent. Underbanked people can have trouble coming up with emergency capital when it’s needed most. We help with same-day or next-day loans.
