I would highly recommend CapCenter Mortgage company! This company has no origination and prepayment fee which I think is great. They also consider applicants with fair credit. Another thing that's great is the fact that they offer financing for both single and multi family homes. You can apply for a loan up to $3,000,000 which I think is a great amount. Overall, I would definitely recommend.
