The customer support sucks! The account login for cardholders has been down for days and you cannot contact anyone. I've put in my information several times and it comes back as not a match. This is ridiculous.

Payment to aspen dental butler, got a refund but the name said aspen dental refunds, card.com put a hold on my card because the names didn't match. They're holding 800.00 of my money hostage over 1 word difference. They even went back to review my transactions, the amounts were the same for purchase and refund, but that one word difference made them put a hold on it. If this gets ...Show More

4 years ago they had shut off my cards,right after I had gotten them,and then left a review about how poor the service is,I guess telling them the truth triggers them!!
