The customer support sucks! The account login for cardholders has been down for days and you cannot contact anyone. I've put in my information several times and it comes back as not a match. This is ridiculous.

Payment to aspen dental butler, got a refund but the name said aspen dental refunds, card.com put a hold on my card because the names didn't match. They're holding 800.00 of my money hostage over 1 word difference. 4 years ago they had shut off my cards,right after I had gotten them,and then left a review about how poor the service is,I guess telling them the truth triggers them!!

I highly recommend using card.com because one they let you customize your card to it's easy to activate your card when you get it three it's not hard to set up a direct deposit and a savings account and four they're just an amazing outstanding team of people that helps me out every time I'm having problems with my car

Card.com? Honestly, after seeing all the service they claimed to offer, I decided to try it out. Had I known that this company had a lot of problems, I would have just ignored them.
They lock down your money, and upon contacting their customer care with the hope of getting a great response, they lie to your face to return it within 24 hours and leave you hanging.
Please stay away.

A lot of people in the review section are telling us that card.com isn't legit . However I have been using their cards for a long time and never faced any problem, hence in my opinion they are definitely not scams . Their transactions are always super fast which help me send and receive money efficiently. I have recommended this to my friends and they love it too.

Card.com has been through ups and downs with clients. Personally, I used the team for a while before leaving. My experience was not bad and not exceptional either. It was ok. However, leaving the group was mainly because of other people's experiences. Some people have lost loads of money without doing anything wrong. The perks are there, but it is a gamble working with card.com

I’ve been with this company for 4years because they have a 2day early direct deposit so I don’t have to wait until Thursday to get paid I get my money every Tuesdays at 6:40pm. I honestly don't see how or why some people are saying card.com is a scam. I have never encountered any problem with the company.
With Card.com, it is remarkably easy to load money. Either through direct deposit or Western Union and their Network is super fast and reliable meaning no delays with transactions. I would personally recommend them.

CARD.com makes it easy for me to access my cash from anywhere with no credit check since its not a credit card. It doesn’t require ATM fees through money pass and I get a fee free withdrawal with cash back at the register. I strongly recommend.

With CARD.com I have a convenient way of loading money including cash at western union and through direct deposit from my employer. I also share funds with my loved ones from my card to theirs. I use my card at ATM's and shops close to me. I love their service which is very cool.

Value based! There are only a few with real intrinsic value and one of them is the Card.com
It's network is strong, and for years now I have never had issues with transactions such as deposits, withdrawal, transfers etc. It's prepaid Visa cost is rediculous, with no sought of fee on activation. This platform is simply stunning!

They are a joke question about a transaction and they block your account can't even transfer funds to a different account unless its a card.com account and easy for scammers to get card information

They stole my money and wont give it back. Just excuses from them. I sent all my documents they asked for in and they wont release my money.
