I have had a few problems with chase banking. First, on more than one occasion, I did not receive my payroll check in my account on the date it was supposed to be deposited. Second chase hasn't given me much room to work with when my account gets overdrafted. I wouldn't recommend using chase.

Love the app and the ease of use and the number of Chase ATMs available to use. I upgraded to the Sapphire account for the additional perks such as the worldwide ATM access for free.

Better service compared any other banks, they have best offer on over draft and travel card. APY is minimal compared to any other banks. Payment of bills is super quick as the card and app works well with Zelle. Transferring to other account using zelle is super easy and fast

I've had a Chase Bank Premier Plus Checking account for the past seven years. The services are very dependable, and the turnaround time is short. The website and app are easy to use and operate smoothly even outside of the US. It works well with Zelle, Venmo, and other services. I frequently visit the bank and always receive friendly treatment. The staff is excellent.
