Former Chase client many years ago. After I lost my job, I had to close my account. I had banked with many other banks after and no one compares to Chase Bank. I have applied and their process is the most convenient and easiest way to open an account. No one else that I trust with my funds than Chase Bank

When looking for a quality bank with access to branches all over, this is the bank to go with.
The amount preferred in the account could be more flexible, but they do have low interest rates.

I opened up an account with chase and they were very helpful. Their services are amazing and their app has every feature you need, transferring funds, even depositing checks! Also getting into the bank was clean and the people there were very easy to talk to. Definitely recommend!

The online interface is amazing, and all the branches across grid (at least as far as I've seen) all provide a helpful and pleasant experience. The other thing you can't forget to mention when talking Chase is the great cashback rewards. By far the best bang for your buck!

Although I am only opening a Chase bank account now, I am very familiar with Chase, their reputation, their procducts and service. I have been dealing with Chase for the better part of 15 years due to previous employment. Each time I would need to contact them, the representatives were super helpful and friendly. They were also well educated in the various products .

Yes, I would recommend Chase Checking Account. Easiest online banking there is. If it is depositing checks, transferring funds, checking actions on your account and checking credit score, everything is on the app. Going into the bank is a pleasure, someone to greet you at the door and to ensure that you are satisfied before you leave. Yes, Chase is great.

They take random "fees" out of your account at random times which can sometimes put you in the negative and then they will charge you an overdraft fee on top of that even though it is not your fault. Then when you try to close the account because of this they refuse and say its policy.
