We have each had a few situations where our debit card information was used fraudulently, and each time we were contacted by FNBO to inform us of the fraudulent charges and what steps we needed to take in order to get our money back. this is the worst bank I have ever banked with their customer service sucks they don't allow you to remove your own name from a joint bank account if you don't want to be associated with it they don't allow you to transfer funds to any other bank unless it's another one of their branches
