If I could leave zero stars I would. I changed bank accounts because someone stole my purse. I could never get them to accept my new account information. They do not take debit cards and try to charge you a fee to accept payment over the phone. I have found them to be incompetent and rude. I do not recommend!

Terrible everything they tell you is a lie you cannot pay earlysy you cannot pay them off electronically they want 15000 in addition to original loan stay as far away from them as possible

Do not get a loan from these people. Not only are they rude, but they do not try to help you after the loan in any way.  STAT AWAY FROM THEM!

Very unhappy with this company. Steve in collections (not Steve Chester) is very rude, hateful and unprofessional. I wish I never dealt with them. I tried to work out a smaller payment amount when an unforeseen circumstance happened and was met with hostility. I finally went to a debt management/credit counseling to have them help with CB. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!

I recently went through the process with CircleBackLending.com to consolidate my credit card debt.  Like many of these reviews, I was asked to email a copy of my drivers license to verify.  Okay, seems legit enough...one identifier for their file.  So, I proceeded to email my DL.  Then, I waited and within 24 hours I received another email stating they needed a copy of my SS card, passport, and a selfie with me holding my DL. I called them to question the validity of such information and my representative could not give me a satisfying answer.  I then asked to be transferred over to the "final review" department, and she stated she could not do that.  At that point, RED FLAG! RED FLAG! RED FLAG!  Looking, back I should have never reached out to them for an easy fix.  I emailed them to stop and cancel my loan request.  

I know most of us who are searching for an easy financial answer can quickly fall to the language of experienced hustlers.  The reps are just doing their jobs, but it is our responsibility to keep ourselves and family safe.  Therefore, take your time, do your research, and ask questions.  Finally, go with your gut!!!

It was very easy to get loan ....however they are very slow in reporting to the CRA..cant get them to update to correct balance ...but easy loan'
