What can I say except for Mary was patient with all of my questions, consulted with me in a way that as a Consultant myself was wonderful. In 30 days the annoying things on my report that I don't have the time or patience to deal with is now not costing me any sleep :) I HIGHLY suggest them.

A complete waste of money. Poor customer service, you get a different person every time you call, don't respond to emails. Paid $1000 to have only 2 items removed from my credit. Then they wanted to bill my credit card again to run my credit report at the end of my contract. Worst experience ever, they didn't like that I asked why creditors were still calling.. was told to start the process over from scratch so they could continue working on my case, which means pay them again..my credit didn't budge.. waste of time and money!! Back where I started..

They fixed my credit but poor customer service. ! They get you on the phone to close the sale with your card number then pass you off. Then they call you back a year later to sell you again ? Found out they are commission only sales pros. Treating you like a used car dealer.

Commission only sales reps who don't stop calling you every day every week every month... they make calls 10hrs a day hope to get one sale. They don't stop calling you. They don't call the customers back when they say they will. Poor service.

Do not use, credit score never improved until I stopped doing business with them and did it myself. They do not communicate well at all, they take your money and that's the last you will hear from them. I got update mail my name was wrong, SSN was wrong and sometimes the address was wrong.

Love it, they explained my credit report and how i can do things on my end to fix it while they work on their end, got things deleted and i jumped my score over 100 points in the first few months. I learned one thing, everyone's credit is different, some get better, faster results than others.

I got into a contract with them thinking I would get help my credit score went down since my association with doing business with them. Waste of money. Lesson learned your better of doing it on your own people!!! waste of money!! They do not respond to emails or calls!!!!

TERRIBLE. They do not answer emails or phone calls. I waited months and they told me lie after lie after lie. Please do not waste your time or money on this company.
