Horrible, 1st the only way you can get a response back is by email, secondly its been months and I cant see where they challenged anything(didn't provide), then when asking to see what's been removed or challenged your ask to pay for other websites to keep track of your file. Do not use this company. I worked with Tom DeReus and I was mislead. I paid my money and they did nothing. I had to contact them over and over again just to see the status. At the end they did not remove the despite off my report

Took my money, promised my score would raise by 60 points. It actually went down by 2 points over 3 months time even though I paid over $40k off in debt. Scam for sure

I called and talked to them for the free consultation. I was leery, as I hadn't heard good things about credit repair places, but I thought I'd just give it a try anyway. I have to say that I am impressed with their credit score maximizer algorithm. It seems to be really helpful.
