My experience has been excellent. My interview covered everything necessary to make me feel comfortable with the company and I’m getting fair results. I didn’t have items to dispute, but they’ve been working on settlements for me.

Bunch of crooks that steal your money and do nothing. All the reviews on here that are 5 stars are done by them internally. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS

Great place that does exactly what they say they will do. They do their utmost to stuff off of your report that shouldn't be there. That can't help but raise your score. What they don't do is change your spending habits. That's something you have to do yourself, and I would recomend that you do it now to keep your score up there.

My mediocre experience with My Credit Group is nothing to rave about. The person I worked with was never available when I called with questions, which was a huge pain. Then, I was promised things that were not done in the end. After spending a bunch of money, they only managed to fix a few things on my credit. Not at all what I expected.
