I spoked with seth yesterday and I was so happy because he answered my questions quick and also advice me what for do so my score will increase really fast. He explained to me everything . Excellent service. Seth is very knowledgeable.

It is totally a scam. My mortgage agent referred me to NCC so I thought it might be worth a try. The NCC representatives talked very well and very patient so I started to process. However during the whole 6+ months of the process so far, nobody has really answered me what they was doing related to my case even I asked many time for that. I even told them I have all evidence about the fraud charge but they seem not keen to use any evidence. I guess what ... they do is just send out a set of generic inquiry letter that can be sued for each client every month, nothing else. And of course after 6+ months, nothing has changed for my credit report. I feel cheated and wasted my time. I should go to a lawyer in the first place. More Less

STAY AWAY FROM NCC!!! This company is a scam! They do NOT provide any service and become extremely abusive, manipulative and deceitful when you ATTEMPT to cancel. I say attempt because after about 9 emails, 20 verbal requests and multiple emails begging to cancel my account, they WILL NOT! I have had to cancel my debit card and file fraudulent claims against them with my banking institution. Even after telling them they no longer have authorization to charge that card, my banking institution has informed they have attempted to pull ... funds 28 times in less than a week! Their staff is unprofessional and try to bully into paying them. They have been asked 9 times to not contact me during day time hours and still call me roughly 3 times a day, all before noon. I am creating a BBB packet with all my documentation to not only support my BBB claim but will also be using to support my harassment claim. THIS company should be shut down and all it's victims money REFUNDED!!!! More Less

As others have stated in their reviews. One you say the word cancel, they then transfer you to another rep. That does not answer the phone. You are placed in a loop that keeps repeating the same thing over and over again. Even if you hang up and call back over 7 times in a week, you get the same thing. THE LOOP. Don't even try any other phone that they have connected to your account. Cause that just puts you back in that loop. As long as they are ... getting money from you things are fine. But once you wise up and stop them from getting money from my bank they are on the phone that same day. Saying that they are going to help you cancel you account, but there is still a payment owed to them. How that is possible I do not know. If I canceled before the next due date and I paid the last fee. It should be over. They start to tell you it's in the contract but you was told that you could cancel at any time. If you are planning to use this company you should do a good back ground check. Read all the reviews. Most are bad. More Less

worthless lie about what they will do and continue taking your money after your out of the program if you want your credit fixed do not use national credit care they only put you farther behind

Do not start with this company. They will not let you cancel without a fight. Poor customer service. When you call you get transferred multiple times and while they say they keep records of the calls they can't find them when you call them on a disagreement. They certainly do write letters to the credit bureaus on your behalf and you will get a mountain of mail from the bureaus but I did not see my scores increase like they promised. We spent thousands over ... the nearly 2 years and it was almost impossible to cancel. Do not even start with them is my best advice. More Less

I had the best customer service ever by speaking with Urbin Foucher, who was very helpful and informative, I have come a long way, I still have bit to go, he made me feel great, by saying so I am doing excellent, Keep up the Good work!!
