These representatives are outright rude and disrespectful! As a paying customer I feel as though I should be given accurate information I’m a timely manner and they have not done so! They over promise and under deliver! Everything I have done has been executed by myself!!! They removed 13 negative items and I couldn't be happier! I didn't think they would remove that many but they did and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg either so I'm a happy camper. Will definitely recommend!

Paid for 5 months and my credit scores all went down while I was working very hard to increase. I'm surprised that anyone has any negative reviews at all about them, they have done wonders with my credit. I personally wanted a company who I could actually have a normal down-to-earth conversation with, who knew what they were doing, and would make this process easy on me. They've done just that. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I started with them in April and cancelled in October. In the beginning they only managed to get a couple of old medical bills off my credit report and that was it! They fixed a few items the first few months, but its been about a year now and nothing has been fixed in months yet i STILL keep paying the monthly fees. When i try to reach out to them to see whats going on I never get a reply.
