Review for CrowdStreet

Great resource for qualified investors! They clearly, efficiently provide data investors need to make informed decisions and easily contrast projects offered by several different sponsors. Projected IRR, Equity Multiple, Hold Period, Cash on Cash, and Minimum Investment are all found on the first page of the marketplace for all deals. Professional staff respond to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend and participate with CrowdStreet.

The only reason why I'm not recommending this platform is because it isn't accessible to most working class or middle class people. Some of the requirements to be an accredited investor are that you must have an annual income of $200k or more for the last 2 years, or even have a net worth greater than $1M.
