They looked like the SWEPCO site, and I have a bank withdrawal from them for 150. But Swepco never got it. My lights went out while I was on a business trip, leaving my wife and newborn in the dark. It's been two years and I never got that $150 back. Swepco never got it either. Doxo can't find it in their records. 

Even when people purposely sign up for this service they experience long delays, fees that would be free through a bank, and occasional missed payments or payments to the wrong place.

NO PHONE NUMBER WON'T LET ME CANCEL SOMETHING I DIDN'T WANT IN THE FIRST PLACE, ON TOP OF IT ALL THEY DID IT WRONG

because you have to pay to use it and when on a budget you have to make every cent count

Look you say one thing then do another. You double bill for your services. I am paying a monthly charge for a supposedly discount on charges to pay bills then still charge me the charges anyway, then say free no charges to monthly payments if checking account information is provided and you still continue to my account for each payment made plus your monthly bill. So hell no! I will be doing something here soon in the near future. 

Too expensive, is not worth it, and payment is not posted inmediately

It is very easy to pay your bills on here.  And they alert you when they need to be paid.


Saves time, gas, and postage.  I will definitely continue to use doxo.

My payments have always been posted correctly. They can be trusted.
