They did what they said. I called several other companies who seemed pushy. They did not, they asked what I needed and got me a way lower interest rate on my Citibank card. Now more of my money goes to pay it off quicker.

I am sure most people who call in are over their heads with money problems and a few years ago I was in that boat. I called crying and they helped me calm down and figure out the solution.
