I have been a customer of FileThis.com for 3 to 4 years. I understand what the reviewers thus far have experienced. Cons: * It is true that support has been nonexistent, in the past, like 2019 and 2020. I would send requests for help and nothing ever came back. In 2021, that changed. I understand the technical difficulties of working with so many different financial institutions, but I find myself again and again, month in and month out, having to go back in and manually dealing with issues. And I wouldn't mind that but as you manually access an account it often takes 90-120 seconds of waiting while they establish a secure connection. FileThis does not reliably download statements from all financial institutions. The issue is particularly challenging if one has multiple accounts at an institution, like a checking and credit card. The company's support is also non-existent, with e-mails sent to the support going unanswered, no phone number to call, and a non-functioning online help ticket submission portal. I agree with Charles - no support - no fixing connection issues. If you like logging in every week and fixing connections over and over, it's the product for you.
