Beware of auto payments not actually getting set up, and them screwing you over because of it. Wrote a letter and called and got absolutely nowhere. Got a letter back from "Jeanine" and it was incredibly rude and unhelpful.

The worst experience I ever had,no way to contact them,I purchased a car with financing 4years ago,I returned the car after 2months because i couldn’t continue to pay,today 4 years after the report to the credit as repossession The account is closed with 0balance for almost 4 years

I used to be a loyal FORD ONLY customer- never shopped anywhere else for years. In July of 2009 I suffered a fall off of a roof and was severely injured. At the time I was a self employed Builder. I have had excellent experience with Ford Motor Credit. I was able to finance a 2020 Escape for 72 months for 3.9% interest rate with a credit score of just over 600. I will probably use them again.

They are lying scum. We financed a Ford Escape in 2016 and have never missed a payment. Our last payment was 11 July of this year and when we reviewed our account, it indicated that we still owed Ford 13 CENTS due by 22 July.
