We have banked with US Bank for nearly 30 years. All 5 of our small businesses bank with US Bank with around 10 years history each. We have had several other types of loans with US Bank that we always pay off early. Credit score of 850. Home owned free and clear. Taking this loan is still a mystery to me. I don’t like anything about the loan. The APR is ridiculously high. And I waited for long before the bank granted my request. I'm not sure if can recommend this even to my enemies.

A great place to get your equity loans! Although their interest rate is a bit high, they make up for it in their customer service and efficiency. I got my loan after a very short period of time. When I had some financial troubles, they were extremely understanding. I recommend this company for experienced home buyers!

We had considered a US Bank Home Equity Loan since I already do business with them, but looking over the fees gave me pause. The big seller here is that there aren't any closing costs associated with the home equity loan, but that's only one piece of the equation. US Bank’s home equity loans are great. They allow you to borrow money using your home as collateral with the amount varying depending on the value of your home. Depending on the balance of any mortgages or liens that you have on the property, you can borrow up to $1,000,000. You can do a lot of things with that kind of money.

I have two beautiful house mortgages with US Bank and to be honest I have been more than happy with how they have serviced the loans. They have a super friendly customers service and they answer calls promptly and with a good level of proficiency. I also had a home equity loan with US Bank and paid off in full.
