One I've had insurance with them for 2 years too they say my policy is restarted every month the three they say I was not insured on one day on April the 24th the 2023 which I was now I cannot renew my tag I cannot get nobody on the phone cannot I've been trying for weeks and weeks cannot get no answer and I was going to cost me $200 to renew my tag if I want to do that and no help you go because I'm pretty sure I was very much covered on that day probably just another mistake in the computer just like everyone else is saying up there through acceptance and that it's not the first time it's happened because they happened to me already once they forgot to hit the submit button and a real company has the phone number you can actually chat with people on
