They took an extra payment out and said it must have been my fault because I was confused about the system. I was not confused about the system. They don’t take accountability and blame the customer. Stay away from these thieves. This is the second time I end up with a situation at the end of the Lease, that Hyundai Motor Finance took advantage and screwed me out of $10,000. Review for Hyundai Motor Finance Auto Loan

I 've had a vehicle totaled and paid off by my insurance and Hyundai will not remove a $12,000 balance from my credit score even tho it has been paid. I've tried calling to resolve this and always they are unavailable or experiencing high call volume. NEVER , EVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSSINESS WITH THEM!!! What a pitiful excuse for a company... hire some people for fuck sake.
