Review for Navy Mutual Life Insurance

Since establishing policy I've had nothing but issues with my account. The lack of care from the customer service reps is appalling. Called in multiple times to understand my account being charged 5x in one month. Took over a month to figure out. Never received call back. Card was never taken off autopay after asking numerous times. Now just report charges as fraud.

Review for Navy Mutual Life Insurance

My current employer insurance uses Navy Mutual Life Insurance. Even though it doesn’t directly apply to me (yet!), I’m so glad the whole life age range goes to 70. I asked a few friends about what their companies offer and the general consensus was the age range for whole life was the common retirement age (65). I feel like that benefit alone makes me satisfied with the coverage.

This review is mostly for nuances sake. I picked maybe recommend because as the name suggests Navy Mutual is for veterans, not the general public so it's impossible for me to recommend it for anyone because it's aimed a very specific demographic.
