This company literally marked a pymt I made as NON-SUFFICIENT funds! It had cleared my bank! Then they charged me a LATE FEE on top of that! I had to get a letter from my bank to PROVE my pymt had cleared. It was my 6th on time pymt and was suppose to get a credit increase or lower APR and i never got it!! This is the worst company ever! The app is pure crap, customer service is non existent, and talking to a human is impossible. The chat function of their app always says " not available" so no one is ever available to chat. If you email them no one responds yet they send you at least 10 payment reminders more than a week before your payment due date!

I literally just had a supervisor yelling at me on the phone Mr Jonathan ID # U74451. Its been 2 months and I havent recieved my cerdit card. They reported a late payment to the credit burrow. Review for OneMain Financial Brightway Credit Card

I have seen a lot of bad reviews, but I have had no issues with this card. I have made my payments on-time for 9 months and am getting ready to receive my 3rd reward and am just 3 months away from receiving the Brightway+ card. Unless things drastically change, I would certainly recommend this card.
