Hi, we’re Oregon Community Credit Union. OCCU for short. We’re a member-owned, not-for-profit financial cooperative located in Oregon and Washington. People helping people. That’s the credit union philosophy. Unlike a traditional bank, our members are stakeholders. We’re guided by a board of directors that our members elect. Our board sets our vision and direction. We invest in our communities. Our humble beginnings started with a group of state of Oregon employees pooling cash into a shoe box. We carry on our founders’ vision of a better future for our members and communities.
