Horrendous customer service, was with them over 10 years. I had my debit card stolen and tried to cancel it, however that particular day they were doing "scheduled maintenance" and it would take TWO days to cancel. What kind of crap is that?

treats customers with very impersonal service. no 24 hour call center for help with customer service. high overdraft fees and extended overdraft fees and unwilling to help account holders resolve problems.

worst experience even though I have been a long time customer they treated me like if I was nothing and like if I was a new person. There is a discrimination against people is horrifying.

Terrible experience. Opened an account online and that's when the problems started. I was just repeatedly told that I shouldn't have opened my account online as though I had caused the problem. don't do business with this bank.
