Customer service sucks they have very nasty attitudes and don’t want to help or get any answers for you. My card was declined several times when it should not have been declined. This card First Digital and Next Gen and this company has to be made illegal. This is lichwa, scam to take adventage of the low income hard working Americans design to still money from the people. It's the only credit card company that I have seen that offers 0% interest rates on balance transfers for an entire year. The downside is the annual fee but I would say it's worth it considering all the benefits you get with it. Also, their APR is great too!

What I like about First Digital Mastercard, I used their MasterCard team for several transactions and also they provide great customer service to their clients, they are very helpful with my refinance.
And also what I dislike about their inability to incur too much debt relative to their available credit

If you've had difficulty obtaining other credit cards due to poor credit, there is a simple solution for you. It is a very good card for rebuilding credit . The interest rate is very high . But when you put yourself in that position its on you because you become a high risk .
